Timothy Keating Featured Artwork

A life-time carpenter, Tim Keating discovered his love for woodworking when learning to carve bows from the Bois d’Arc tree. He laughingly says that a carpenter spends more time sharpening tools than actually cutting Bois d’Arc, but the discipline taught him to appreciate the integrity of various woods and how they “flow.” When Tim offered to create furnishings for the gallery, we immediately invited him to price them for sale and offer patrons furniture reflecting fine art as well as functionality.
